We make each pair with care, attention, and a deep love for tango. That's why we want every pair to be exactly right for you — and we're here to help if it isn't.
Before you order: let's get the fit right
Buying shoes online without trying them on can feel daunting. That's why we put so much effort into our Size Guide and our Shoes & Fitting page — please take a few minutes to read them before ordering. And if you have any doubts, just write to us at info@tangoleike.com or via WhatsApp. We're real people, and we're genuinely happy to help you find the right size.
Exchanges & Returns
You can try your shoes in the comfort of your own home. If they're not quite right, you have **28 days** from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Items must be returned **unused and in their original condition** — please try them on indoors, on a clean surface.
- The cost of the return shipment is covered by the customer. We're a small artisan studio, not an e-commerce giant, and we appreciate your understanding.
- We strongly recommend using a **tracked and insured shipping service** and keeping your proof of sending. You remain responsible for the goods until they reach our atelier.
- Any customs fees for international returns are also the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll be in touch promptly to arrange your exchange or refund.
Cancellations
If you're based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. To do so, please notify us **in writing within 28 days** of receiving your order.
Write to us at **info@tangoleike.com** and we'll send you a returns form to include with your shipment.
Please note: items must be returned **unused, in original condition, and from the country of delivery**.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within **30 days**.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are refunded only for faulty items or cancellations under EU consumer regulations.
- For orders within the EU, sales taxes are fully refunded.
- Outside the EU, customs duties are non-refundable through us — but you may be able to recover them through your local customs authority.
